We have started the migration of the Kafka cluster.

We are migrating our US ingestion pipeline to a dedicated Kafka cluster for better isolation and performance. We expect only a brief disruption of at most 15 minutes during the swap, where some events may take slightly longer than usual to appear in PostHog. No event loss is expected — all events sent during the window will be processed. Queries, dashboards, and exports are unaffected.
