The issue has been fixed and no the web app is loading.

it appears a deploy caused DB connection issues. a rolling restart of pgbouncer appears to have resolved this for all users

we've re-triggered a deployment to test that this won't re-occur

We've had reports that not all users can load the posthog app in the US

data ingestion is not affected

we're investigating at the moment
